Established in 1989, Xuchang GREAT Abrasive Co., Ltd. has specialized in the production and R&D of abrasives for over 30 years, evolving into one of China’s leading intelligent abrasive manufacturers.

Our History

1989

A small factory was established with an investment of ￥20,000 to produce secondary Brown Fused Alumina.

1989

1997

Construction of the 1st generation of Brown Fused Alumina processing line, starting the production of first grade Brown Fused Alumina F sand and P sand.

Construction of the first Brown Fused Alumina electric arc fixed furnace.

Construction of the 2nd generation Brown Fused Alumina processing line

Construction of the first high temperature heat treatment production line.

Construction of the first coating line.

Construction of the 3rd generation Brown Fused Alumina processing line, with SCADA control centre to monitor feeding, crushing and sieving. 5 workers can manage a production line, easily achieving a monthly output of 6,000 tons.

Two Brown Fused Alumina tilting furnaces were retrofitted for automatic feeding.

Construction of 4 White Fused Alumina tilting furnaces and a processing line.
